This family project began its journey in 2006 with the aim of creating a space in the hospitality sector through a commitment to service and quality in the product.
The different adversities they had to face in this sector was not an impediment for them, since the second year of their birth, to forge the solid company they now run, thanks to the support of their most loyal customers as well as the daily menu that they offer based on homemade recipes.
From this moment, it has been a project in continuous growth thanks to the great secret of the business, they assure from their management: the family unit.
In his own words, "this award does nothing but reinforce commitment and commitment to improve daily work through a careful service and the highest possible quality in the products we offer our customers."
ALIMER SOCIEDAD COOPERATIVA
ALIMER was born in Guadalentín Valley and Vega Alta del Segura in 2006. The cooperative is supported by the experience of more than 1,750 current members of the Region of Guadalentín Valley and Cieza (Murcia), constituting itself as a strong and solvent organization , with the sufficient capacity to intensify its presence in the markets.
Among its main objectives are the intention of expansion and consolidation in the market, diversification, incorporation of R & D, access to economies of scale, financial synergies and increase the income of members.
That is why they have different product lines, including dairy products and cheeses under the brand name 'La Fortaleza del Sol' (100% goat milk of the Murciano-Granadina variety);
fruits and vegetables grown in 4,600 hectares among more than 670 members;
production and marketing of cut flower and ornamental plant and trees with 80 professional partners in the sector;
livestock products in pigs, cattle and goats;
processing of feed throughout the year;
as well as the elaboration and production of artichoke preserves thanks to its facilities inaugurated in 2007.
HAIRDRESSING ENCARNA
Since 1982, when she obtained the title of Technician in Hairdressing and Aesthetics, Encarna has spent a lifetime dedicated to her profession.
After a year working at Pelpequería Pepe Conesa in Murcia, he soon set up his own business in La Estación de Puerto Lumbreras.
In 1989 he opened his first Salon of Hairdressing and Aesthetics in downtown Lumbrerense, and at three years moved to its current location, creating a much more modern and spacious room where to offer a better service to its customers.
In his long career he has participated in competitions and national and international galas, although his greatest achievement, he says, is having managed to gather "a fantastic team" that allows him to devote part of his time to artistic creation, attending courses and runways of the different national and international brands.
Its key is the constant self-criticism as well as the implementation of 'multiconcept', achieving differentiation in hairdressing, advanced dermatology, aesthetics and cosmetics.
D. JOSÉ GARCÃA OLIVARES
From the age of 17 he made compatible his university studies with the work in the offices of a company in Murcia.
After finishing his studies in Social Graduate, today Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, he began his professional advisory activity in 1978 with the opening of an office in Puerto Lumbreras, extending years later the scope of action with a second office in Eagles.
In 1981 he joined the College of Procurators of Lorca, an activity that he developed for two years.
In 1983 he did it to the Administrators of Estates of Murcia, exercising this activity in the coastal aquiline city for 20 years.
After other positions and appointments, currently president of the Professional Association of Tax Advisors of the Region of Murcia.
In 2005, after finishing the studies of Bachelor of Law, he added, to his professional advisory activity, legal service as a lawyer, work that currently combines with his facet as a teacher in the Faculties of Law, Economics and Labor Sciences of Murcia.
Olivares emphasizes the importance of its clients as well as the human team that accompanies it each day formed by a dozen professionals, to whom it offers its deepest gratitude.
BICYCLE MARÃN
Faced with the need to facilitate mobility to Lumbrerenses due to the scarcity of resources of the population, back in the 40s Ciclos Marín was founded, offering the service of sale, rental and repair of motorcycles and bicycles.
Focused as a family business, since its inception has been characterized by offering a quality service, very close and adapted to the needs of its customers.
After three generations, passing from parents to children, and more than 70 years of history, they have experienced the evolution of the two-wheeled sector, leaving aside the motor in the 90s to focus exclusively on the growing market of the bicycle and your accessories.
Currently, under the name of Bicis Marín, they are still a small business that recognizes its history, although growing and adapting to new trends.
This is how they cater to the needs of all types of cyclists, from the occasional to the most 'pro', from the most classic bicycle to the latest electric news.
Bicis Marín lives cycling as a passion and a way of life, committed in a committed way to a sustainable mobility that encourages healthier habits and surroundings.
D. JOSÉ SOSA MARTÃNEZ
He was born in Puerto Lumbreras in 1941. He emigrated to France and, after working on the grape harvest, moved to Nice where he was in charge for almost a decade of the commercial management of the company 'Steiner Fleurs', dedicated to the sale to Europe of flowers produced on the French blue coast.
During this period he began his relationship with the owners and founders of the company Barberet Blanc, today installed in the municipality of Lumbrerense.
His skills attracted the attention of Henri Blanc, creator with Alexander Barberet de Barberet & Blanc, a successful wholesaler of cuttings for flowers.
The company found in Lumbrerense the person they needed to expand their products in the southeast of Spain.
In 1974, Sosa returned to his hometown with the idea of ​​growing flowers and, in particular, the carnation in his locality and throughout the Region.
Throughout his career, he has received a large number of public recognitions and awards for his commendable work.
These include the Diploma of Distinguished Services awarded by the City of Puerto Lumbreras in 2009 or more recently the Diploma of Distinguished Services of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia in 2013.
