The Consistory grants a subsidy of 15,000 euros to the Urbanistic Conservation of the Industrial Estate for the financing of maintenance costs.
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and the Urbanistic Conservation of the Industrial Estate of Puerto Lumbreras have formalized a collaboration agreement for the maintenance and provision of public services in the polygon.
Specifically, the Consistory grants a subsidy of 15,000 euros to the Urbanistic Conservation of the Industrial Estate to finance the maintenance costs that it assumes.
Thus, among the functions that the entity has to perform is the conservation of green areas, roads, sidewalks, street furniture, signs and public lighting.
In addition, the entity is responsible for the provision of road cleaning services, cleaning of green areas and cleaning of urban furniture.
For its part, the City of Puerto Lumbreras is committed to provide other urban and social services, electricity supply for lighting, as well as local police services, urban transport, firefighters, among others.
The City Council and the Urbanistic Conservation Entity will always seek to maintain the best state of conservation of the Polygon.
The term of validity of the agreement is one year, and can be extended for successive periods of equal duration by express agreement of the parties.
The Councilor for Employment and Commerce, Angela Morillas, explained that "this collaboration agreement has been signed to continue improving our business park with the aim of contributing to the modernization of the business sector of Puerto Lumbreras."
