The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has already adhered to the framework agreement between the General Administration of the State and the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, for the progressive implementation of a network of common spaces of attention to the citizen.

This adhesion is the previous step for the integration and implementation of the Office of Virtual Entities Registration (ORVE), which allows the municipal registers to be interconnected electronically to all the registers of other entities or organisms of the different administrations.

In this sense, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Mª Ángeles Tunisia, explained that "with this new service we will put more facilities to the lumbrerenses when carrying out any procedure in the public administration, since citizens will save travel to Other administrations, outside the municipality, being able to carry out the steps in its own City Hall ".

The Office of Entities Virtual Registration is an electronic administration service in the cloud offered to the Public Administrations, which allows to digitize the paper presented by the citizen in the registry offices, and to send it electronically to the destination, instantly, and whatever Its geographical location or competent level of administration.

The lumbrerenses can present their records electronically addressed to all public administrations. The electronic processing with digitization in the workstations with full legal validity multiplies the administrative efficiency since the reception in destination is realized in minutes and the costs are reduced.

Mª Ángeles Tunisia stated that "with this system we offer a closer service and promote economic savings. In addition, individuals and entrepreneurs will be able to carry out their administrative procedures with any public entity near their address."
