The Department of Employment of the City of Puerto Lumbreras has produced a regulation of operation of the new Nursery of Cultural Enterprises, which will open soon in the municipality.
Specifically, the regulation aims to regulate the access and use of the Business Nursery for the start-up of business initiatives by newly created companies, as well as the rights and obligations of its users.
According to the Regulations, entrepreneurs with a business project and companies of new or new creation, that have a viable business plan and that develop a licit, ethical and adequate activity to the infrastructures, with domicile can request the use of premises in the Nursery Social and fiscal in Puerto Lumbreras.
Likewise, in the Nursery may be installed companies in the project or constitution phase, which are those that at the date of filing the application are not legally constituted and must be committed to its incorporation within a period of 6 months from the formalization of a contract Of assignment of the premises and signing of a certificate of delivery of keys of the assigned premises.
The Councilor for Employment, Angela Morillas, explained that "the new Business Nursery was born as a project to help the creation of businesses, with the primary objective of supporting and facilitating entrepreneurs to start their project, increasing the Local development and the diversification of economic activity in our municipality. "
Those interested in accessing the nursery must submit an application in the General Register of the City Council.
The deadline for submission of applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) of the announcement of the call, which will also be displayed on the website and in the Electronic bulletin board of the City Hall of Puerto Lumbreras.
The Councilor for Employment stressed that "this is a new opportunity for entrepreneurs, as this new infrastructure will be configured as a temporary hosting structure designed to place companies in their first steps in the market."
This new equipment, which has more than 1,500 square meters of space, has thirteen work modules, business incubator, warehouses, auditorium and meeting room, among other spaces.
The facilities are located in Avenida Miguel Delibes, s / n, next to the Municipal Sports Center.
This nursery has been co-financed in 80% by the European Regional Development Fund FEDER, Operative Program for the Region of Murcia.
