The City Council gives an office to the association in the Entrepreneurs Center to provide an information and guidance service to young entrepreneurs.
The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, and the president of the Young Entrepreneurs Association Guadalentín Emprende, Miguel Angel Sola, have formalized this morning a collaboration agreement to promote the business sector in the municipality.
The mayor has shown all his support to the association and has made himself available to businessmen with the aim of "encouraging the creation of companies and boosting the local and regional productive fabric".
Through the signing of the agreement, a framework of collaboration and cooperation has been created between the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Guadalentín, leading to actions of interest at the local level, consisting of the promotion of enterprising culture and economic activity.
The collaboration in activities will be developed with the organization of talks, seminars and workshops about the entrepreneurial culture.
In addition, the association will be in close relationship with the Council of Employment of the City Council in the promotion of entrepreneurship, professionalization and new business opportunities, through dissemination, guidance and information to the general public.
For this purpose, Guadalentín Emprende is placed at the Entrepreneurs Center on days stipulated in advance.
In the same way, the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras delivers an economic contribution of 300 euros to Guadalentín Emprende to start up dynamic actions and campaigns to promote entrepreneurship.
The mayor stressed that "we will always be next to young entrepreneurs to put all the facilities that are within our reach."
Thus, Tunisia explained that "we have set a 50% reduction in the rate of opening of establishments for activities whose owners are young entrepreneurs under 35 years old or women." In addition, we have reduced by 50% the planning licenses for smaller entrepreneurs of 35 years that execute works related to his business, during the first 5 years of activity ".
After the signing of the agreement, the mayor of the town and the president of Guadalentín Emprende, along with other partners, visited the facilities of the new Nursery of Cultural and Creative Enterprises, which opened last week.
The objective of this visit is to inform the entrepreneurs of the association of the possibilities offered by the new equipment, which allows hosting a dozen business projects related to areas such as Communication, Art, Design, Technology, Music or Dance.
At the end of the visit, the Guadalentín Emprende Association has held a meeting with its Board of Directors in the Business Incubator of Puerto Lumbreras.
The Association of Young Entrepreneurs Guadalentín is an organization formed by entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs under 40 years with similar initiatives, projects and concerns.
The associates come from Lorca, Águilas, Puerto Lumbreras, Alhama de Murcia and Totana.
