Technical Seminar in Puerto Lumbreras to promote business culture of tourism in the Shire of Guadalentín (19/06/2012)

The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, and the director of the Institute of Development in the Region of Murcia, Juan Hernandez, participated in the conference with tourism entrepreneurs and representatives of confederations of the Shire of Guadalentín

The town of Puerto Lumbreras has hosted a technical seminar on the Development of Tourism Industry Business Culture in the Region of Guadalentín who participated in the social partners, employers and representatives of organizations and confederations of the Shire of Guadalentín.

Thus the day is part of the project promoted by the Institute of Development in the Region of Murcia, which has created a Territorial Working Group Valley Guadalentín comprising administrations, associations and confederations of the Shire associated with INFO, to encourage business development in the tourism sector of the Shire.

In this sense, the Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, and the director of the Institute of Development in the Region of Murcia, Juan Hernandez, participated in the day when we analyzed the business culture of tourism in the Shire through conferences and round tables that have addressed various experts in the field.

Thus, in the conference 'Economic Revitalization environment tourist routes and promotion of enterprise culture' also attended by representatives of the Confederation of Employers ASEPLU, the Chamber of Commerce, and entrepreneurs in the tourism sector of the Shire of Guadalentín.

Thus, there have been models and tools for action on the internationalization of tourism businesses in the Shire, and addressed the company plans to promote and deepen business innovation to improve business competitiveness.

In this sense, the Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, explained that "these sessions is increased sharing of knowledge, experience and ideas between governments and businesses to work for the development of the economic sector of our region."

Currently, the Network of Collaborating entities Development Institute of the Region of Murcia is made up of 105 organizations and integrates the major organizations that are in contact with small and medium enterprises and with the initiatives of the business of each region.

The Working Group is made up Guadalentín Valley ten organizations in the Network of Collaborating Organizations Development Institute (PuntoPyme) and consists of the following entities: the municipalities of Eagles, Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Librilla, Mazarron, Puerto Lumbreras and Totana, AJE Guadalentín addition, the Association of Businessmen and Industrialists of Eagles (ACIA), Ceclor and the Chambers of Commerce of Lorca and Murcia.
