The Governing Council, at the proposal of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, has given the green light to an agreement between the Autonomous Community and the City of Puerto Lumbreras so that students who attend vocational training courses belonging to the professional family of Physical and Sports activities can use the municipal sports facilities for free.
The objective of the agreement is that both administrations collaborate in the organization and development of activities through the use of spaces in which these activities will be developed in order to favor the improvement of Vocational Training education.
The agreement, which will have a validity of four school years, establishes that the Ministry undertakes, among others, to inform the City Council of the lists of students enrolled and their schedules of use or to ensure the correct use of the facilities.
For its part, the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras is committed to allow free use of the facilities.
