The new agents will join the Civil Guard post on October 15
Five new agents will join the post of the Civil Guard of Puerto Lumbreras in the coming weeks.
This measure responds to numerous requests from the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Mª Ángeles Túnez, through the Municipal Plenary with the aim of strengthening citizen security in the municipality.
Last year, Mª Ángeles Tunisia met with the Government delegate and discussed the possibility of incorporating these five troops in the shortest possible time.

Tunisia added that "the control and presence of agents are always effective, with very positive results, both in prevention and in the clarification of crimes."
The additions of the new agents have been published in the Official Gazette of the Civil Guard, number 36, dated August 21, causing effects from September 15, although it will not be until October 15 when effective incorporation occurs of the agents.
With the new additions, the staff of the Civil Guard of Puerto Lumbreras will be composed of 15 agents.
