The Nursery of Cultural and Creative Enterprises CEILUM has just welcomed the delivery of diplomas of the training courses completed in the areas of micro-enterprise and programming of computer systems.
Thus, a total of twenty people have had the opportunity to receive free training with internships in different companies.
The objective, according to the mayor of the town, Mª Ángeles Túnez, has been "to expand their employment opportunities since with these qualifications they have a better preparation to access the labor market, obtaining in addition the certificate of professionalism required in some professional areas".
The training in 'Creation and Management of Microenterprises' has been aimed at people who are or want to become self-employed, and who have entrepreneurial initiatives from small businesses or micro-enterprises.The training program has included the planning and implementation of strategies for areas of business, programming of activities, management with people, organization and control of material resources, ... among many other activities in order to guarantee the achievement of the objectives of its participants, complying with current regulations.
For its part, the course 'Programming of Computer Systems', aimed at those people who develop their professional activity both on their own account and on their own, has been focused on developing software components based on specific specifications, promoting management functions and supervision of the operating system, as well as the management of the resources of a computer system and the interaction with other systems using object-oriented and component-oriented development technologies.
"There have been many companies where students have been able to perform their practices, both in the region of Guadalentín and in the capital of Murcia, even to perform during the implementation of their practices a mobile application of Employment for the City of Puerto Lumbreras", points out the councilwoman of the area, Ángela Morillas.
With a total budget of about 80,000 euros, both courses have been subsidized by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia, SEF, and the European Social Fund, ESF.
