The Popular Party of Puerto Lumbreras met last night its Board of Directors and numerous affiliates and supporters to address various issues of municipal interest.
The meeting was attended by the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia (PP), the deputy secretary of organization of the regional PP, Adela Martínez-Cachá, and the secretary general of the PP Region of Murcia, Miguel Angel Miralles.
During the working meeting, Mª Ángeles Túnez reviewed the municipal news and presented the next municipal projects that will be carried out, such as the remodeling of the Ermita square in the hamlet of La Estación-Esparragal or the renovation and adaptation of the Municipal Soccer Field.
Another of the topics discussed at the event was the launching of the "Movimiento Actúa" campaign, created by the Popular Party of the Region of Murcia with the objective of "defending the interests of all Murcians and receiving citizen contributions to improve the Region and its 45 municipalities. "
Puerto Lumbreras and its neighbors will be the protagonists of the Accion Movement next Friday, November 16, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the weekly market.
From the party they encourage all citizens to participate in this campaign "in which Lumbrerenses will be able to express their concerns, ideas and suggestions to achieve the welfare of all".
Before the end of the meeting, Tunisia announced that "the Lumbrerense Antonio Lopez will be responsible for coordinating the drafting of the White Paper of the PP of Puerto Lumbreras, document prior to the electoral program of the municipal elections of 2019."
