The public schools of Puerto Lumbreras celebrate the 'Day of the Castañada' in the courtyards of their respective centers.

As it is already a tradition in this festival, the students of the Infant and Primary Education Centers participate in children's workshops with the purpose of knowing the curiosities of this season of the year.

In some centers, schoolchildren, accompanied by parents, teachers and teachers, set up small markets and exhibit typical attire to offer and taste the typical products of autumn, among which roasted chestnuts, oranges, walnuts and squash.

Next week will continue the celebration of the 'Castañada' in the school Juan Antonio López Alcaráz and Asunción Jordán ..
