The people who attended the departure of the 7th stage of the Vuelta Ciclista a España in Puerto Lumbreras last August, in addition to living closely cycling, could collaborate in a good cause by pedaling on two professional bicycles.
And it is that each kilometer pedaled was exchangeable for a donation destined to the association lumbrerense of people with disability ADICA.
This morning has been the delivery of the 2,001 euros raised, thanks to the kilometers traveled by all participants.
This activity, promoted by Caja Rural Central, is part of the 'Bicycle Solidarity' project and has been carried out since 2013 in the different stages of the Vuelta.
The act of delivery was attended by the zone director and marketing director of Caja Rural Central, the president of Adica and the mayor of the Lumbrerense municipality.
