The Popular Party of Puerto Lumbreras celebrated today its traditional Christmas gathering with affiliates and supporters of the municipality.
About 350 people attended this event that included the performance of the flamenco dance group Riá Pitá.
Members of the regional government, public officials and heads of the Popular Party of the Region of Murcia accompanied the mayor of the town and all his government team in this meeting.
Among the attendees was the secretary general of the Popular Party of the Region of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Miralles, the director of the Institute of Credit and Finance, Andrés Torrente, managing director of Esamur, Joaquín Ruiz, the regional deputies Paco Jódar and Juan Pagán, Senator Pedro José Pérez and the president of New Generations of the PP in the Region, Francisco José García.
The mayor, M ª Angeles Túnez, addressed a few words of thanks to the attendees for the support received and stressed that "we will continue working in the same line that we have done so far, with effort, enthusiasm and commitment."
