The Cycling Christmas Trophy 'City of Puerto Lumbreras' reaches its eighth edition with the participation of almost a hundred athletes.

A disputed meeting held on Sunday December 16 in social category with a distance of 62 kilometers, and whose first place went to the Mario Carrasco Ayen Lumbrerense.

In addition, Teófilo Jimenez García and Isrrael Martínez Ruiz finished second and third, respectively.

All of them had trophy and Christmas basket, with gifts for all those who remained from the fourth and even the twentieth position.

The event, organized by Peña Ciclista Ginés García from Puerto Lumbreras, also included special prizes for the first positions in women, cadets, juniors, veterans, tandem and adapted c.

For the sporting event was possible, the Department of Physical Activity and Sports, the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the Cycling Federation of the Region of Murcia, Moto Club Nogalte, Veloaventura, Mtb Cabezo de la Jara, Cronomur and the Sports Association of El Esparragal.
