The children of Puerto Lumbreras have dismissed 2018 this morning with a party before New Year's Eve, aimed at the smallest of the municipality.
Among music, games, workshops and inflatables the children of the municipality have enjoyed the last day of the year.
Throughout the morning they participated in the different activities of children's entertainment and, at 12.00, they changed the traditional grapes for gluten-free treats to celebrate the children's chimes.
The initiative promoted by the Department of Commerce of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, has had the collaboration of the Association of Entrepreneurs Aseplu and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras.
In parallel, the municipality has hosted the IX Solidarity Popular Race San Silvestre for the benefit of Cáritas Parroquial.
More than a hundred people have participated in this sporting event wearing original costumes.
The race was organized by Trilumb and Nogalte Athletics Club, in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the City of Puerto Lumbreras.
