Regional deputies and members of the Popular Party have moved today to the weekly market of Puerto Lumbreras to present the informative campaign of the regional budgets 2019. In the appointment has also been present the mayor of the town, M ª Angeles Tunisia, and councilors of the PP of the municipality.
The residents of the town have been able to see first-hand the accounts of the regional government and the budget that will be allocated to Puerto Lumbreras this year.
The campaign includes distribution of information, brochures and the installation of an information table in which members of the party and the Murcian government collaborate.
The mayor of the town, Maria Angeles Tunisia, explained that "the Government of the Region of Murcia will invest more than 28 million euros in educational, health, social services, in addition to improving infrastructure, with the aim of improving the quality of life of all Lumbrerenses ".
Among the investments, the budget allocated to the attention of the users of the Day Center for the elderly, the projects of the Works and Services Plan, the home help service and the gender violence programs, as well as the educational and sanitary, among others.
On the other hand, Lumbrerenses will benefit from the reduction of taxes made by the regional Executive and the increase in social benefits with the free textbooks and children's education from 0 to 3 years.
