The Sports Center of Lumbreras hosted yesterday the Regional Championship 3 of sets and individual exhibition, organized by the Movilín Rhythmic Club of Puerto Lumbreras, in collaboration with the Department of Physical Activity and Sports.

150 athletes from all over the regional panorama participated in this competition to get a position on the podium.

The groups, formed by groups of five gymnasts and one substitute, participated from the youngest category;

and the individual ones, starting from pre benjamin.

The jury scored the exercises of the athletes taking into account the collaborations, difficulties, dance steps, exchanges and risks.

About 500 people, including gymnasts, coaches, judges and spectators, attended this event organized by Club Movilín. The competition started at 10.30 am and brought gymnasts from different clubs in the Region of Murcia to the municipality.

Among them, Club Cronos, Club Spiralia, Air Club, Rhythmic Alcázar, Rhythmic Carthago, Rhythmic Archena, Molinense Rhythmic Association The Towers, San Javier Rhythmic and Yecla Rhythmic.

The Lumbrerense municipality was represented in this championship in juvenile category by Eva Perán, Eva Ramírez and María Nicola, from Club Movilín.

The Councilor for Physical Activity and Sports, Juan Rubén Burrueco, highlighted "the good reception that this championship has had and the success of participation thanks to the great work that the Movilín Club has done in organizing this event".
