The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has recently launched four new employment programs, which have allowed the hiring of three administrative assistants, two cleaning workers and a public works pawn.
Two administrative assistants have a full-time contract for six months.
Among its tasks, the web update of regulatory tax ordinances of different rates, taxes and public prices stands out.
The amount of this subsidy, granted by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia amounts to 19,712, 88 euros.
In the same way, the public works pawn has been hired full-time for six months to develop a repair and maintenance project in the four public schools of the municipality and on public roads.
In this case, the amount of the subsidy charged to the SEF is 7,714.26 euros.
It should be noted that these three people who were beneficiaries of the employment programs were previously registered as unemployed in the SEF office and registered in the file of the National Youth Guarantee System.
Those interested in joining the Youth Guarantee program to access future employment programs should go to the Youth Space of the locality from Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 to 13.30 and Mondays from 16.30 to 20.00.
Long-term unemployed
On the other hand, the two cleaning workers and the administrative assistant were in a situation of long-term unemployment.
The laborers are developing a Special Cleaning and Disinfection Plan in educational and cultural centers for nine months.
The amount of this subsidy represents an investment of 33,508.44 euros.
On the other hand, the full-time administrative assistant performs support tasks for the technicians of the Department of Intervention, especially in the tasks necessary for the processing of minor contracts.
The Employment and Training Service allocates 14,158.17 euros for hiring for a period of nine months.
During the term of the contract, as a complementary activity and training, the SEF has assigned a reference counselor to each of the contracted workers and personalized insertion itineraries have been subscribed.
The itinerary includes a group orientation session, an individual interview with the diagnosis of competencies and the degree of employability, as well as referral to intermediation or insertion itineraries.
