The Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 7 of Lorca has filed the complaint for administrative prevarication against the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia.
In this way, the order warns that, after examining the proceedings already carried out, it must be concluded that the commission of any type of crime is not duly justified.
The mayoress of the town and current candidate for re-election, Maria Angeles Tunisia, has expressed great satisfaction to know the news.
Tunisia has remarked that "the only purpose of this denunciation was to try to discredit and damage the honor on a personal and political level, but they have not succeeded".
The first mayor has indicated that "with this ruling it becomes clear, once again, the political persecution that some opposition parties are doing towards the Popular Party of Puerto Lumbreras, what they do not win at the polls they intend to do in the courts, but not everything is valid in politics ".
The coordinator of Ciudadanos Puerto Lumbreras, José Ignacio Reverte, and the PSOE councilor of Puerto Lumbreras, José Manuel García Miravete, were the complainants of this case.
The judicial proceeding has its origin in the complaint filed by both following the award, at the end of 2015, of the cafeteria service for the elderly home of the La Estación-Esparragal district.
The order reveals the absence of rational evidence of any crime perpetrated by the complaint, resulting in the provisional dismissal.
To conclude, Mª Ángeles Tunisia has appealed to the responsibility and has demanded that the complainants "leave the dirty game, the false accusations and the lies".
