The young writer Mireya Ruiz presented last Friday her first novel 'The revolution begins under the skin' in the Socio-Cultural Center Casa de los Duendes.
Numerous citizens, friends and relatives of the author attended the meeting.
Throughout its 96 pages, the work introduces the reader in a critique of modern society dealing with various issues such as feminism, trafficking in women or bullfighting.
Similarly, the publication includes other topics such as love and deepens in certain moments of life that the author herself has wanted to highlight.
Mireya Ruiz was born on September 5, 1994 in Murcia.
The author, lover of books and of the seventh art, tries to show parts of her life intertwined with her little criticism of society in her first book, a project with which she has been dreaming since her passion for reading began.
