As every year, the town of Puerto Lumbreras hosted the traditional Serenade to the Blessed Virgin of Sorrows in the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary.
The event, which marks the beginning of the processional processions of the Holy Week in Lumbrerense, was organized by the Ancient and Venerable Brotherhood of the Most Holy Virgin of Sorrows.
Almost a hundred Lumbrerenses were present at the meeting that included the participation of the Musical Association of the Brotherhood Our Father Jesus Nazareno and Maria Santísima de la Esperanza.
Prior to the celebration of the Serenade, a Eucharist was celebrated in honor of the St.
Virgen del Rosario, which was sung by the choir of the association 'Amas de casa de Lorca'.
