Hundreds of parishioners toured the streets of the historic center of Puerto Lumbreras to participate in the procession of the Via Crucis.
Early in the morning, the Lumbrerenses gathered at the Parochial Church to begin the journey through the 15 stations of this penitential act.
In this way, the itinerary of the procession passed through San Francisco street, Juan Carillo, Sierpes, Estrella, La Paz, Barranco, Francisco Tirado, Juan García Mellado, ending again in the Parochial Church.
The Via Crucis Penitencial is organized by the Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Rosario and has the participation of the Brotherhood Our Father Jesus Nazareth and Holy Mary of Hope and the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of the Most Holy Christ of the Faith and Mary Most Holy of Mercy.
