Puerto Lumbreras has hosted throughout the weekend the V edition of the National Collecting Fair, which has brought together exhibitors from different parts of the Spanish geography.
Articles arrived from Galicia, Madrid, Cáceres or Seville have been exhibited in this fair that brings together curious and fans of the world of collecting.
Citizens have been able to see objects such as dolls of the world, coffee grinders, scalextric cars, stuffed animals, beer bottles, pieces of lego, as well as one of the largest collections of pins in the Region of Murcia composed of more than 12,000 pieces.
Manga and anime lovers have also had a space in this event with the exhibition of dolls of 'The Knights of the Zodiac'.
It should be noted that the fair has been organized by the National Association of Collectors 'Memories', in collaboration with the City of Puerto Lumbreras, in the facilities of the Municipal Sports Center.
The Councilor for Culture and Tourism, Mª Victoria Jerez, stressed that "for the fifth consecutive year, Puerto Lumbreras has become a benchmark in the world of collecting thanks to the celebration of this event that every year increases the number of exhibitors and visitors, being one of the biggest collecting events in the Region of Murcia ".
Jerez has ensured that "the people who have visited the fair have made a trip to the past, in which they have found objects typical of their childhood, presented and classified properly by collectors participating in the meeting."
