Maria Angeles Tunisia will continue to head the Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras for the next four years with the support of the Popular Party and Vox.
Today the Plenary has been celebrated in which the new Municipal Corporation of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has been constituted for the period 2019/2023.
More than 300 citizens have attended the event that took place in the courtyard of the Cultural Center of Puerto Lumbreras.
During the session, we have proceeded to the constitution of the so-called Age Bureau, formed by the youngest councilor, Raquel Rodrguez, and the oldest, Mª ngeles Tnez.
Then, the 17 members of this Corporation swore or promised their positions, being 8 of the PP, 7 of the PSOE, 1 VOX and 1 IU.
The mayor of the town has ensured that "it assumes this new stage with enthusiasm and responsibility, surrounded by a great team of people who will work tirelessly to improve the welfare of all citizens, without distinction."
