The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has held today the first plenary session of the new 2019-2023 term, and the mayor, María Ángeles Tunisia has welcomed the mayors who will be part of this new mandate.
The councilor has called for dialogue, agreement and to work constantly for the interests of the citizens of Puerto Lumbreras to the parties that are part of the new municipal corporation.
As for the provision in the plenary hall, the Popular Party, which maintains the municipal government, is located to the left of the presidency of the Plenary.
Just to the right of the mayor will be the mayor of the municipal group of VOX, Inmaculada García Arcos, as a result of being part of the government team, with the position of 2nd Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Public Works and Municipal Services.
On the right will be the representatives of PSOE and IU.
In this first organizational plenary, the constitution of the municipal groups has been reported, the periodicity of the plenary sessions, which will be every 2 months on the last Tuesday of the month, the allocations, compensations, and subsidies to the municipal groups.
The denomination of the commissions has also been noted, and it should be noted, due to the relevance of the matter to the Government team of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, that an informative commission dedicated to the General Plan of Urban Planning has been created.
In addition, highlight the commitment to approve a regulation of organization and operation.
