About 300 people participated last Friday in the second edition of the "route of the stars", far exceeding 200 of the first edition.
A free night hiking trip, organized by the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras in collaboration with the Association of Leisure and Sports in Nature Silybum.
A family event that Lumbrereans of all ages and physical form could enjoy, on a pleasant night that accompanied the circular route of about six kilometers, and that departed at 9:00 p.m. from the Municipal Sports Center, and went through ramblas, paths and ravines
Participants toured the surroundings of the Rambla Vilerda and Rambla del Cañarete, crossing the dam of the old swamp of Vilerda, dating from 1910, and visiting the cave of La Encantada in the Cañarete.
Halfway there was a strategic break and the headlights and flashlights were stopped to see the stars, in addition to refueling water.
Upon arrival at the Municipal Sports Center, all attendees could enjoy a lemonade offered from the Department of Physical Activity and Sports, while sharing the experience in a close and relaxed atmosphere.
