The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, María Ángeles Tunisia, has requested meetings with the advisors of Health, Tourism, Youth and Sports, Education and Culture, and Agriculture and Water "to resume priority issues for the Government team of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras."
Regarding Health, Tunisia highlights the importance of the implementation in the municipality, as soon as possible, of a Primary Care Emergency Service, as well as the incorporation of new doctors and nurses to the Health Center.
With regard to Tourism, the project for the conversion of the former Parador de Turismo in School of Hospitality, is one of the main issues to be discussed, which "will be a shock for the municipality, with regional and regional effects," according to the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras.
As for Education, the issues that from the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras want to deal with the counselor are the Comprehensive Vocational Training Center, the request for the replacement of cover of fiber cement plates in the children's area of ​​the CEIP Purísima Concepción, new training cycles and the extension of the educational offer of the Official School of Languages.
In terms of Culture, Tunisia highlights the projects related to the archaeological sites of the Nogalte Castle and the creation of a museum hall "that we will try to implement soon, and through which we can all know and enjoy our heritage."
In addition, another project to be addressed is to carry out and carry out the updated archaeological and ethnographic chart of the municipality.
Finally, in regards to Agriculture and Water, the issues that the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras wants to address with the counselor are the renovation of sanitation networks, the ordinance of the photovoltaic and water sector Negratín.
