The Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia has ceded free of charge to the City of Puerto Lumbreras the use of the commercial premises located at Calle Enrique Granados, number 11, located in the 920 group of 51 public housing units owned by the CARM.
The transfer is made with a duration of 10 years, extendable.
This place is constituted as the headquarters of the sports associations of the municipality, with space for 10 of them, in addition to a large warehouse and a conference room.
The City Council will prepare the rooms that are not currently in use and will make them available to associations that require them, which may use them as offices, meeting space, training or any necessary activity in the day-to-day life of the clubs.
The premises are located in the basement of the building and have a useful area of ​​1815.66 square meters.
According to the Councilor for Sports, Juan Rubén Burrueco, "this transfer by the Autonomous Community is a great benefit for clubs and sports associations in Puerto Lumbreras, since having such a space is a constant need every season or sport year ".
