Action that has a budget of 245,650.01 euros and has already begun the last phase.
The first of the two layers of synthetic pavement is being deposited on the asphalt with projection termination, consisting of an agglomerate of rubber granules.
A pavement that meets the certificates of the International Athletics Federation (IAAF) or the certificate according to the European Standard UNE among others.
The mayor of the town, Mª Ángeles Tunisia, explained that the improvement project includes "provision of sports equipment for athletics. A jump board will be placed; a pole box; a competition starting block; a cage for throwing of weight, disc and hammer; zone of fall of pole; poleometer of pole; pole made of fiberglass; fences with counterweight; a circle of disc launch; container of moving weight; competition weights; throwing discs; throwing hammers; javelins with different weights; trampoline for training; and a 30-square-meter booth to store all the material. "

Juan Rubén Burrueco, said that "this facility will have an estimated total area of ​​3,614 square meters and will serve both for short runs such as fences, height jumps, length and pole."
The track will feature a four-lane ring, a six-lane 120-meter straight line, a long and triple-jump corridor with a fall pit.
