The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, María Ángeles Tunisia, has visited this morning the improvement works of wastewater evacuation that the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras is carrying out together with the General Directorate of Water of the Autonomous Community, in the Industrial Estate Break.
The mayor explained that "these works contribute to the improvement of the conditions and operation of the sewage and water purification networks for the companies installed in the Industrial Estate as well as the surrounding area".
And it will be that a better service will be given not only to the companies of the El Descanso Industrial Estate, but also to Adolfo Suárez Avenue, Juan Carlos I Avenue from the Parador de Turismo area to Adolfo Suárez, as well as to the Hotel Riscal area and La Parada Service Area.
Around 600 users will benefit from this improvement of sanitation conditions, which has a budget of about 45,000 euros and a deadline of one month.
Specifically, with these tasks the pumping passes from one to two pumps, improving the condition of the tank in case of any incident.
In addition, a new case will be executed, the electrical panel is adapted for the two new pumps, the installation with remote control and warning system is modernized in the case of power, and the existing tank is waterproofed.
