The Women's Center of Puerto Lumbreras has welcomed this morning the start of a two-day training day, in relation to the difficulties that professionals have to work in a network in cases of severe mental disorder and drug addiction.
An initiative carried out thanks to the agreement between the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and the Ministry of Social Policy and Health of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and funded by the European Social Fund, for the implementation of the protocol of socio-health coordination for people with severe mental disorder and drug dependence.
This training is intended for professionals to know how to network each case and to know the protocols for action before people in these situations.
Professionals from Social Services, Health Center of the municipality, educational guidance team, CAVI, Local Police, Center for people with disabilities, and third sector such as the foundation of the gypsy secretariat, among others, have attended this training.
