The Department of Commerce of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, together with the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Puerto Lumbreras (Aseplu) and the Chamber of Commerce of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras, organizes a solidarity campaign to collect funds for the purchase of sanitary material and food for the most vulnerable people and families in Puerto Lumbreras.

The initiative is carried out in collaboration with the Rafael Méndez Hospital and the Puerto Lumbreras Health Center, as well as with Cáritas and the Red Cross.

"We are facing a common enemy, the COVID-19, and the best weapon we have in this situation is the solidarity of all, to help in what is most required at the moment; the purchase of material so that our toilets can continue to heal to many people and saving lives, and food for the people of Lumbre who need it the most, "said the councilor for Trade, Local Development and Economic Dynamization;

From the municipal consistory an appeal is made to all groups and individuals who can join this initiative by contributing their donation to the account number "ASEPLU COVID-19": ES24-2038-30-37686000549525.
