It will consist of different classes throughout the morning by sportsmen from Lumbrerenses of physical activity, with the aim of helping in the fight against the pandemic through the purchase of medical supplies for the Puerto Lumbreras health center and the Rafael Méndez Hospital Juan Domingo Deportes in collaboration with the Department of Physical Activity and Sports of the Puerto Lumbreras City Council, Athletics Club Nogalte and La Sima Trail Running, organizes next Sunday May 3 from 09:00 to 14:00 hours in a uninterrupted schedule a solidarity gymnastic in order to help in the fight against the coronavirus.
In this way, they intend to carry out different activities that will be broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube by "Juan Domingo Deportes" throughout the morning, where each person can choose which one to do.
All the money collected from the registration will go to the fight against COVID-19 through the purchase of medical supplies for the Puerto Lumbreras health center and the Rafael Méndez Hospital.
Registrations have been open since last week and can be done on the website www.asuspuestos.com until 2:00 p.m.
from Sunday May 3, with a price of € 2, but with the possibility of choosing from more options to increase the donation. It is not mandatory to carry out any of the activities to be able to make the donation, since whoever wishes to collaborate with the cause can do so freely. Among the different sports activities that will be broadcast live and among which those enrolled will be able to choose, are an indoor cycle class with Vicente Artero López (from 09:00 to 10:00), functional training with Ramón García López (from 10:00 a.m.
to 11:00 a.m.), children's karate with Cristóbal Vidal Gázquez.
(From 11:20 a.m.
to 11:50 a.m.), cardio-boxing with Mari Carmen Romero Molina (from 12:00 a.m.
to 1:00 p.m.) and yoga with Cristina García Olivares (from 1:00 p.m.
to 2:00 p.m.). All participants in this challenge will have the right to bib number, which can be downloaded and printed at the time of registration (in the summary thereof).
In case you don't have a printer, you can color your bib and share it with everyone.
Participants can upload a photo with the hashtag # ElPuertoUnidoContraElCovid19 to their social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok ...) between 09:00 and 22:00 on Sunday, May 3, where the number assigned in the registration appears. Registration will also entitle you to participate in raffles for sportswear provided by Juan Domingo Deportes, varied COSTABIKE material, the CA Nogalte team jersey and other gifts that the organization may collect until the end of the race.
All these gifts will be sent to all the winners at the addresses indicated in the registration as the organization can get them.
