| He is allegedly responsible for the crimes of robbery with force, theft and illegal possession of weapons | So far, investigators have uncovered five home burglary offenses, one crime of theft of livestock, and one crime of unlawful possession of weapons. In the house search carried out, firearms and compressed air and stolen objects have been seized, which have already been returned to their owners The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has carried out two investigations in Puerto Lumbreras, framed in the 'Plan against the robbery in houses' and in the 'Plan against theft in agricultural and livestock farms', which have resulted in the arrest of an experienced criminal dedicated to committing crimes against property and who, in addition, was seized several weapons and effects from thefts. Civil guards of the ROCA Team (against robberies in the field) and the Citizen Security Prevention of Puerto Lumbreras began parallel investigations to clarify a theft of lambs in a livestock farm and several robberies in houses in the hamlet of El Esparragal. On the one hand, the ROCA Team began actions to investigate the abduction of about twenty lambs in a livestock farm in Puerto Lumbreras and, on the other hand, independently, the Civil Guards of Citizen Security Prevention opened another investigation with the aim of to clarify a series of robberies with force committed in houses, all occurred in the Lumbrerense district of El Esparragal. The indications obtained from the exhaustive technical-ocular inspections carried out in the places of the robberies allowed for notable coincidences between both investigations. All the investigations pointed to an experienced criminal, a resident of the municipality, who was allegedly behind the criminal acts under investigation. Apparently, he took advantage of the confinement decreed in the current state of alarm to develop criminal activity in a short period of time, with total impunity and without being detected by the owners or other citizens, although investigators from both units detected a series of clues from the places of the robberies to the property where he lived. Once all the necessary indications were obtained, the civil guards established a search device that has culminated in the location, arrest and bringing to justice of the suspect as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of robbery with force in the home, theft and illegal possession of weapons . After the arrest, after prior judicial authorization, the Civil Guard carried out the entry and search of the house where the detainee resided, in which an illicitly modified firearm (12-gauge shotgun), a carbine and two pistols of compressed air and abundant ammunition, as well as jewelry, appliances, food products and a lamb allegedly stolen. The detainee has so far been charged with seven criminal acts: five crimes of robbery with force in the home, a robbery in a livestock farm and a crime of illegal possession of weapons. The objects stolen and recovered at the detainee's home have already been recognized by their legitimate owners and returned to them.
They have also been pieces of conviction that have been crucial for the imputation of the criminal acts to the now detainee. The fluid coordination of both units of the Benemérita has allowed the two investigations to be positively ended, their alleged perpetrator arrested and a criminal dynamic interrupted, which was generating a certain social alarm among the neighbors. Entry into prison of the detainee The 35-year-old Spanish detainee, a resident of Puerto Lumbreras and with numerous records for similar crimes, the weapons seized, the effects recovered and the proceedings investigated have been placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court of Lorca (Murcia), which has decreed his entering prison.
