That is why from the Department of Culture we have decided to launch this exhibition that brings together the 25 best works of the contest, for the enjoyment of Lumbrerenses and visitors, "said councilor Juan Rubén Burrueco. The paintings belong to the permanent collection of the City Council and are located in different municipal offices, which is a unique opportunity to enjoy these works in the same room.

The works belong to different painters recognized regionally and nationally, made in different techniques such as watercolors, oils, acrylics and collage.

All the paintings that are exhibited are images of the municipality, from different points of view; landscapes, streets, or facades, and painted in just a few hours since the contest takes place in one day, which puts even more value on the quality of the works.

The visit to the exhibition offers an interesting vision of the evolution of the different pictorial techniques through the last quarter of a century. In the Casa de los Duendes, as in the rest of the municipal offices, all the protocols and security measures established by the health authorities for the prevention of COVID-19 are followed, so the capacity in the room is limited to a maximum of 75% Permitted by the regulations, the entrance, entrance and exit are differentiated to avoid crowds, as well as the itinerary to respect the safety distance of at least 1.5 meters.

Hydroalcoholic gel is also available along the route and the use of a mask is mandatory throughout the facility.
