The period is open until December 15, and in the first days more than twenty applications have been registered. "Once again from the City Council we carry out an important effort and support the self-employed and SMEs, our hotels and restaurants, in the face of the economic losses they are suffering as a result of the health crisis and the restrictions it imposes.
It is a A key sector in the creation and maintenance of employment in Puerto Lumbreras, which also contributes to giving color and life to our streets, and together we must help their recovery, "says Rocío Martínez, councilor for Local Development and Economic Dynamization. To process the request, the interested parties must access with their electronic signature the procedure enabled for this purpose in the electronic headquarters of the Puerto Lumbreras City Council (https://sede.puertolumbreras.regiondemurcia.es/web/tablonEdictos.do?opcion=0) , where they can also consult the bases, requirements and download the relevant documentation.
The aid, if the requirements for this purpose are met and justified, is € 900 for self-employed persons who do not have employees hired by others or legal persons with only one self-employed person or several self-employed companies.
It amounts to € 1,100 for self-employed persons or legal entities that have between 1 and 5 workers hired as an employee, and € 1,300 for those who have between 6 or more workers hired as an employee. The Department of Economic Dynamization and Local Development has an information service on the application, located in the CEILUM entrepreneurs center (next to the summer swimming pools) from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00.
