" An initiative through which the Lumbrerense council will distribute this prevention material against COVID-19 to the students of the five schools in the town, IES Rambla de Nogalte, Adult Education and Official School of Languages, to back to the classroom after the Christmas holidays.
In this way, this measure is extended to the educational community, after taking it in the last few days to businesses and their customers, as well as to those over 65 years of age in Puerto Lumbreras.
"We continue to make the population aware of the responsible and correct use of the mask as a shield against the virus, and helping to guarantee maximum security in our educational centers.
This has been a priority for the City Council since the beginning of the pandemic, and for this we have carried out the necessary maintenance and adaptation tasks of centers, we have hired 4 new cleaners for the disinfection of schools on time morning and a specialized company to carry out these tasks on time, in addition to reinforcing material resources, and monitoring entrances and exits of Civil Protection and Local Police, among other measures.
