The town of Puerto Lumbreras host during the month of July, the first university in Greater organized in the region by the University of Murcia and included in the 2010 academic offerings Universidad del Mar. Specifically, the conference will be held from 12 to 16 July in the new socio-cultural center "Casa de los Duendes' of Puerto Lumbreras.
The course will cover five thematic groups, each with a theoretical part including roundtables and conferences, and other practice in which students develop practical demonstrations and workshops.
In addition, the program module is complemented by a cultural entertainment including guided tours, excursions and tours of the town.
Among the contents of the University Senior notes 'Science and everyday life', 'Universe' or 'Health Promotion'.
In addition, students will have the opportunity to train in other areas such as 'New Technologies' and 'Environment'.
In this regard, Sanchez, stated that these days the aim is that "students become familiar with science and technology by learning to alternate the theoretical and practical recreational initiatives and visits to major tourist sites in the municipality. "
The course runs from Monday to Friday in 35 hours.
