It is intended to carry out other training courses throughout this year as the course "Cooking Basics", "Kitchen" and "Restaurant Service".
The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, and the general director of the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia, Manuel Fernández-Delgado, presented this morning at a press conference the new training offered by the Centre for Tourism Qualification Murcia that will be held in Puerto Lumbreras.
Specifically, the training activities of the Centre for Tourism Qualification Murcia will be decentralized in the Hotel Riscal Puerto Lumbreras.
Thus, nearly two dozen students can obtain the certificate of professionalism "Basic Operations restaurant and bar" whose expected start date is March 14.
This is a training lasting 290 hours and is aimed mainly at unemployed people, irrespective of their academic level.
Students will complete 210 hours of lectures in person 80 hours on business practices.
Also in this course students learn how to perform the functions of a bartender at a bar and restaurant jobs.
Participants will learn about preparing and presenting simple drinks and fast foods.
In addition, they will be trained in basic standards of handling and storage of food and beverages.

Similarly, it is intended to carry out other training courses throughout the year including "Cooking Basics" with 350 hours, "Kitchen" 810 hours and "Restaurant Service" encounter 540 hours of duration.
