The City Council denies flatly that the Court of First Instance and Number1 of Lorca that coordinates research on the award and construction of the Auditorium Theatre of Puerto Lumbreras not have any of the documents requested news, as indicated in this paper.
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras said providing the required documentation as of December 21, 2015.
Day 19 November 2015 was received at the General Register of the City of Puerto Lumbreras number 2015-E-RC-8564 the office of the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 1 of Lorca, information request interest in the proceedings Abbreviated Procedure prior 316/2015.
Specifically, the City Council requested the referral of several testimonies, reports and detailed records in 10 sections clearly distinguished.
The day November 20, 2015, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras issued an Order ordering various municipal departments gathering information concerned by the Court.
In compliance with this injunction, on December 21, 2015 the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras referred to the Court a letter signed by the Mayor, structured in 10 sections giving response to each of the requests listed in the said office 19 November, accompanied by an Annex of 37 folios, corresponding to the certificates, invoices and accounting documents requested.
Day 1 March 2016 with RGE No. 2016-E-RC-1664, the City of Puerto Lumbreras receives an official of the Court who is interested again in compliance with only 2 of the 10 items included in its formal notice of 19 November 2015.
The letter sent to the court by the City of Puerto Lumbreras on December 21, 2015 and included an explanation of these two sections.
Despite this and as always, the City Council, to comply with the second request dated March 1, 2016, will bring within the period specified by the Court documents and additional information which will clarify the explanation offered initially on these two points.
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras will continue to work and providing the necessary documentation to the court to clarify the facts investigated as soon as possible, as it has done so far.
