The Mayor has met this morning to Sector Planning Board to study and revise the document Municipal advance of General Urban Plan, which is still in a period of allegations.
The Sectoral Planning Board is configured as a structure of participation, which are present all political groups represented in the Municipal Council.
"The new plan structure will allow for a coherent territory over the years according to the identified needs growth," said Maria Angeles Tunisia.
The mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, met this morning to Sector Planning Board to study and revise the document Municipal advance of General Urban Plan, which is still in a period of allegations.
Specifically, during the working meeting they have discussed the main points that make up this new document feed, which aims to influence the improvement of the urban conditions of Puerto Lumbreras.
Thus, we have addressed the first ideas, criteria and objectives that are included in this document for the development of the municipality.
The mayor stressed that "we want to provide citizens with greater participation with the aim of creating a Municipal land-use planning that reflects the real needs of Puerto Lumbreras".
Moreover, he added that "the new General Plan must be defined from participation, transparency and the general interests of the lumbrerenses".
Thus, the Sectoral Planning Board is configured as a participation structure advisory status, which have a presence all political groups represented in the Municipal Council.
Notably, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras has already held sectoral meetings in recent weeks with various associations and groups in the municipality and the region to address the main lines of the document forward the General Municipal Urban Plan.
"The drafting of a new Municipal land-use planning is an opportunity to help revitalize the city and, at the same time, combining the urban, territorial and environmental reality with social and economic.
