The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, in collaboration with the Incyde foundation is carrying out the works for the construction of a new nursery Creative and Cultural Industries in the municipality.
So, this morning, the Minister of Finance and Public Administration, Andrés Carrillo, accompanied by the mayor of the town, Maria Angeles Tunisia, visited the facilities of the new equipment that will host companies from different fields of culture such as music, dance, art, audiovisual, new technologies or design.
Specifically, it is a new project with an area of ​​2,273 square meters divided into basement, ground floor, first floor and roof.
This infrastructure has the capacity to accommodate more than fifteen business through the nest of companies, with the aim of boosting the business of the municipality.
In this sense, the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, explained that "with this new business incubator facilitate business growth, success of projects, and increase the employability of lumbrerenses. In addition, with the new business incubator offer citizens more resources and business services like rent physical space, coaching and networking ".
Thus, the work involves an investment of 703,455 euros and is funded by 80% by the Incyde foundation, through European funds FEDER.
Notably, the new Nursery Cultural and Creative is located next to the sports center.
Personalized payment plan
The Minister of Finance and Public Administration, during his visit to the municipality, presented the personalized payment plan.
Specifically, it is a mechanism that facilitates the payment of local taxes of the citizens of the region with the aim that taxpayers can pay their bills through the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia, in several installments, without interest delay.
The citizen who accedes to this payment "on demand" shall indicate in the office of the Tax Agency, the frequency you want (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or semi-annually) and, at the time of the application, perform an estimate the amount of receipts, based on available data from the previous year, which apply to the requested months.
Andrés Carrillo has presented this plan to the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, and his team of government, which held a meeting where he presented projects and planned future investments carried out in this municipality.
Also, the Minister of Finance met with entrepreneurs from Puerto Lumbreras to inform them of the signed agreement with the financial institutions that underwrite ICREF allow the entrepreneurs and freelancers for obtaining loans totaling 50 million.
