The Department of Employment of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia (SEF), has launched a course in Creation and Management of Micro, in which 15 youth in the municipality involved.
Specifically, the course is taught in the Business Incubator for Women and lasts 480 hours, of which 40 hours are practical in local companies.
Thus, this course is intended that students acquire specific knowledge for the management and development of small enterprises.
Thus, during the course, students will learn the planning and implementation of strategies business areas, scheduling activities, workgroup management, organization and control of material resources.
On the other hand, young people also be trained in economic and financial management, development of marketing plans and selling products and services operations.
Similarly, note that students will use computer and telematic media and learn to manage quality criteria and environmental protection.
Finally, the Councillor for Employment, Angela Morillas, explained that "the goal of this course is that students can conduct business initiatives of small businesses and increase their employment opportunities."
