More than 100 exhibitors and traders from different parts of the Spanish geography have gathered in the city to swap, buy and sell all kinds of collections and curious items.
The fair, whose entrance is free, open to the public will continue this afternoon and tomorrow from 10:00 to 14:00 hours.
The second edition of the National Fair of Collectables held in Puerto Lumbreras record collectors bat in his first opening day.
Thus, over 100 exhibitors and traders from different parts of the Spanish geography have gathered in the city to swap, buy and sell all kinds of collections and curious items.
Specifically, the pavilion Municipal Sports Center is the site chosen for the realization of this exhibition featuring over a thousand square meters of exhibition space.
The event features samples pins, key rings, seals, classic motorcycles, model boats and miniature collectible musical instruments and paper, among other items.
As a curiosity, note that visitors to this second edition can see different models produced on a large scale as a wind power plant, a refinery or a model of playmobil, presented by the National Association of Collectors of Playmobil AESCLICK.
The fair also features a large sample of classic cars on the outside of the enclosure.
Finally, note that the fair, whose entrance is free, open to the public will continue this afternoon and tomorrow from 10:00 to 14:00 hours.
The event organizer was pleased and said that "already has surpassed significantly the number of participants last year, this gives us strength and encourages us to prepare what will be the third edition of the National Fair of Collectables in Puerto Lumbreras ".
For its part, the Councillor for Culture and Tourism, Maria Victoria Jerez, said that "the fair is being very well received both among collectors and among the general public".
Moreover, he added that "the fair has attracted a good number of visitors from different cities and provinces which benefits bars, restaurants and hotels in the area."
