The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has organized a program of activities to mark the International Dance Day.

The initiative, organized by the Department of Tourism and Culture, in collaboration with dance associations municipality has included various measures in the public park Reina Sofia, as well as the reading of a manifesto.

Specifically, local associations that have participated in the initiative were the Association of Dance Ria Pita, Songs and Dances Virgen del Rosario, Paqui Group Batuka Belmonte and Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Helionova.
