La Casa del Cura of Puerto Lumbreras has hosted the presentation of the book 'Puerto Lumbreras, A place to visit' the lumbrerense writer Maria Perez.
The activity is part of the summer program "Cultural Nogalte", designed by the Department of Culture and Tourism for the summer months.
Specifically, the book contains a selection of photographs and information and recommendations on attractions, traditions, gastronomy, main fairs, markets and outstanding natural environments.
And also it offers information on lodging.
In this sense, the author of the book, Maria Perez, stressed that his book explains "everything that visitors can find in the city. It is a guidebook for people who come to know our people."
The writer also noted that "the benefits of this book will destinadosadiferentes charities of the town".
Councillor for Culture and Tourism, Maria Victoria Jerez, took the stage and thanked the writer their involvement to spread the traditions of the municipality and its collaboration with the City in carrying out numerous activities.
