The Department of Public Safety of the City of Puerto Lumbreras has developed a special Plan for Prevention and Evacuation Gala Dancing Queen 2016, to be held on 10 September.
The Councillor for Citizen Security, Dolores Arenas, has reported that "on the occasion of the celebration of the gala of choice for Queen of the Festival have designed a Plan for Prevention and Evacuation, in which a set of measures envisaged to do against any emergency that night may occur quickly and effectively. "
The plan is aimed at protecting people and property.
The response plan addresses various issues such as dealing with emergencies that occur in Puerto Lumbreras in relation and as a result of the gala;
enable coordination of services and resources;
and optimize procedures for prevention, protection, intervention and rehabilitation.
As for the organization, the structure of the plan consists of address, advisory council, cabinet information center operational coordination and action groups.
In this sense, the direction and coordination of the plan corresponds to the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Maria Angeles Tunisia, and its basic functions are declared activation plan and coordinate actions among other issues.
On the other hand, action groups are formed by the security group (Local Police, Civil Guard and private security), health group, intervention-group of firefighters and Civil Protection.
Thus, about 50 troops are those that make up the security forces and integrated into this special emergency plan.
The plan also establishes the actions that must execute the various bodies depending on the severity.
In addition, two phases according to the means and resources to mobilize established: "Preemergencia", activated from the time the chief of active operations the action protocol in the event of local emergencies;
and "Local Emergency" which is declared when for emergency control proceeds to the mobilization of operational services in the municipality.
Finally, Dolores Arenas has stressed that "the City Council have put in place the necessary mechanisms to ensure public safety, coordination and attention of emergencies that may arise during the development of the act".
