To be eligible for this program the victims of social exclusion with serious difficulties of access to social, health, judicial and educational resources.
The overall objective of this program is to reduce the difficulties in access to employment for people experiencing social exclusion and improve their employability.
The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras and the FSG will launch an employment program under the slogan "Currélatelo Puerto Lumbreras 2016" to improve employment opportunities for people at risk of social exclusion.
The program is not directed exclusively to Roma people, can benefit from this program the victims of social exclusion with serious difficulties of access to social, health, judicial and educational resources.
Specifically, the overall objective of this program is to reduce the difficulties in access to employment for people experiencing social exclusion and improve their employability, through the implementation of individualized social and employment itineraries.
Similarly, this project aims to promote labor inclusion of participants to the program and facilitate the basic professional skills needed to enter the workforce and skills.
In this sense, the program includes individualized tutoring sessions, group activities, training courses, side dishes and labor intermediation.
The Mayor explained that "we implement this program to continue increasing employment opportunities lumbrerenses and further reduce our unemployment rate. With the development of this program we will improve the employability of people at risk of social exclusion especially among the Roma community. "

Among the actions to be carried out include conducting resume, cover letters, search for jobs, inscriptions platforms employment, conducting motivational workshops for self-employment and entrepreneurship courses, workshops on core competencies and workshop digital competence job search, among others.

The technical team that developed the program consists of a social worker / labor counselor and trainer / intermediated labor.
Note that the access of program participants will be made through Social Services.
The program is funded by the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), through the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and the European Social Fund.
Finally, the Mayor has concluded that "we consider priority implement specific employment programs for the most vulnerable people in order to increase their chances of finding a job."
