In the category Canto de Jilguero, the first place went to Juan Miguel Martínez, and in the mixed mode of Jilguero the first prize was obtained by Blas Alcaraz.
Puerto Lumbreras has hosted this weekend the first Championship of the year of Singing Goldfinch and mixed open regional.
Specifically, the contest played yesterday at the Municipal Sports Center was scoring for the regional final and was attended by more than fifty people.
In the event participated 32 goldfish and 37 mixed of different localities of the Region of Murcia and bordering provinces.
In the category Canto de Jilguero, the first place went to Juan Miguel Martínez (Lorca), the second classified was Blas Garcia (Huércal-Overa), and the third place went to Juan Manuel Muñoz (Puerto Lumbreras).
As for the mixed mode of Jilguero, the number one of the classification was occupied by Blas Alcaraz (Lorca), the second classified was Pedro Blaya (Lorca) and third place was Antonio Ramón Millán (Lorca).
The competition was organized by the Silvestrism Sports Association of Puerto Lumbreras, in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the City Council of Puerto Lumbreras.
The next competition is scheduled for February 26 and will also be open scoring at the regional level.
