Albacete artist María Elena del Olmo inaugurated her exhibition "Naturaleza al desnudo" at the House of the Goblins of Puerto Lumbreras, which will be open to the public until April 17.
The artist presented a selection of 20 of her works, nature being the thread of the exhibition.
In the same way, the artist accompanies her works with poetic fragments.
The work of Maria Elena is full of strength and color, it moves inside a magical lyrical formed by its own elements and a song to lanaturaleza and to the life.
María Elena has a magic key that opens a door so that we can enter a world of color, essences and sensations.
The texture enhances elements to endow them with life and movement with a spontaneous touch and without fear of color.
It is difficult to characterize his style, because it has naif and expressionist touches, but I can say that it is a very personal and colorful style, with notes of surrender and symbolism as to its content.
This Albacete is self-taught, discovered at a very early age his love for art.
In his works he uses a mixture of color where he represents the nature, the world of the dreams and the fantasy.
He has made several individual exhibitions in his hometown, among which are "Identity Colors" at the Labor University, "Interior Landscape" at Ateneo Albacetense or "The Color of Dance and Others" in the Historical Archive, among others.
In addition, she has participated in numerous group exhibitions among which stand out "Collective of Women" in the Great Hotel of Albacete and "Artists for Peace" in the Center of Interpretation of the Peace of Albacete.
Also, the artist has numerous works in property and she and her drawing and painting students have received numerous awards.
At present, Mª Elena is working on the illustration of a poetry book by the poet Albacete Pedro Jose Montejano.
Finally, it should be noted that people wishing to see their exhibition can do it from Monday to Friday from 11.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00 hours and on Saturdays from 10.00 to 14.00 hours.
